The heritage house is located in the heart of Caulfield. When we took the project the house was in dilapidated condition with asbestos cladding all over, lath n plaster inside and wall and ceiling caving inside.
The project was a lot of work and everything required consultation with heritage counsellor. The project was brought back to its formal glory and a modern extension.
